Service scope
FlowySpace is personal work management software. The Windows client currently provides implemented features including account sign-in, work records, tasks and calendars, work items and projects, meetings, materials and contracts, costs and an AI assistant. A web workspace is not yet available. Capabilities depend on the version you use.
The website currently introduces the product and displays client interfaces using fictional data. It does not provide web-based work operations or real AI replies. Work shown in screenshots is not your production account data or a real business conclusion.
Account use and security
Sign in using an email address or Google identity you are entitled to use, and keep necessary information accurate. Google sign-in is for basic authentication and account linking; it does not mean FlowySpace can read your Gmail, Drive or Calendar content.
Protect your passwords, verification codes, sign-in information and devices, and avoid letting others use your account. Check the signed-in account and the target of your actions. Contact us promptly if you notice unusual sign-ins or unauthorized use. Sign-out, uninstallation and account closure have different effects, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Content you submit
You are responsible for content you submit, upload, save and share, and should ensure you have the right to process the personal information, files, contracts and other materials it contains. Do not use the service to infringe others' privacy, intellectual property or other lawful rights.
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in your content. To carry out the saving, syncing, retrieval, notifications, AI processing and generation you request, FlowySpace and the relevant providers need to process necessary content under the Privacy Policy. This does not make the content public.
Check important materials and keep necessary copies, particularly contracts, cost records, meeting notes and generated files. Do not send unnecessary confidential content through public contact channels.
Acceptable use
- Respect applicable laws and others' rights. Do not submit unlawful, fraudulent, malicious or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to access others' accounts or bypass authentication or data permissions. Do not steal, disclose or misuse sign-in credentials.
- Do not disrupt the service or evade rate limits and security mechanisms through malicious automation, excessive repeated requests or other means.
- Use AI, web search and email reminders responsibly. Do not use them for harassment, impersonation or creating false work records.
Generating, distributing, requesting or helping create intimate imagery without the person's consent is prohibited, including fabricated, synthetic or altered intimate imagery. Do not use AI to violate privacy, engage in sexual harassment or carry out other unlawful or infringing activities.
To report suspected infringement or abuse, email relevant record references and avoid forwarding unnecessary intimate imagery. Image generation uses OpenAI; Google sign-in is only for authentication. This prohibition does not imply that dedicated automated content review or comprehensive blocking capabilities have already been implemented.
For conduct that threatens security, violates these rules or clearly abuses the service, we may take necessary measures such as rate limiting, blocking relevant requests or restricting service, and explain the reasons where appropriate.
AI results need review
Milo and custom-named assistants can find records, organize content, prepare changes and generate files. AI output may contain errors, omissions, outdated information or inaccurate references. Check facts, sources, times, amounts and generated content yourself.
AI replies and generated files do not replace professional legal, financial, medical or other advice, nor do they mean the service operator endorses a business conclusion. After reviewing the content, you decide whether to use it, send it externally or rely on it for actual decisions.
AI requests may send messages and necessary work context to OpenAI. See the Privacy Policy for the processing scope and third-party services. Make sure you have the right to submit the content involved.
You confirm work record changes
When the assistant prepares additions, edits, completion or other changes, it first presents content for confirmation. Review the operation type, target record, title, relationships, times, amounts and other details before confirming execution. An unconfirmed proposal does not mean anything has been saved.
Even after confirmation, network conditions, permissions, version conflicts or service errors may affect the result. Rely on the actual client result and cloud receipts. If there is a conflict or uncertain result, check existing records before retrying to avoid duplicate operations. Do not treat a conversational description as final proof of saving.
Service changes and availability
The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, version changes, networks, devices or third-party service conditions. Offline access is limited to already cached content; creating, changing, signing in and AI features generally require connectivity. Windows notifications and email delivery also depend on system policies, networks and email services.
We may adjust features and usage limits according to maintenance needs and product development, and explain important changes on the website or in the product where appropriate. These terms do not promise uninterrupted availability, fixed response or delivery times, or permanent retention of any feature as a service level.
Intellectual property
Rights in the FlowySpace name, marks, interface and software content belong to their respective rights holders. Except as permitted by applicable law or relevant licenses, do not copy, impersonate or use them misleadingly without authorization. Third-party open-source components are provided under their respective licenses.
AI-generated content may involve third-party rights or resemble other content. Exclusivity and suitability for a particular purpose are not guaranteed. Check the content and required permissions before using or publishing it.
Stopping use and account requests
You may stop using the service and manage optional email reminders in the client. Closing the window may leave the program running in the system tray. Exiting or uninstalling alone does not automatically delete your cloud account or work data.
A complete self-service account closure option is not currently available. To request deletion or account closure, contact us by email. We will verify account ownership and process the request within actual capabilities. See the Privacy Policy for the scope and retention principles.
Updates to these terms
When the service scope or usage rules change, we will update this page and the date at the top. Important changes will be explained on the website or through appropriate in-product channels. Arrangements requiring renewed confirmation will be handled as applicable.
